From the Moultrie News....

Riverside at Carolina Park is beginning to show signs of life with a great deal of activity centered on three well-known builders. Cline Homes, Sabal Homes and Saussy Burbank have all been invited to be members of the Carolina Park family of superior builders.
Of particular note is the fact that all three builders will be represented by the New Homes Division of Carolina One Real Estate, the metro Charleston real estate market leader.
According to Jeff Cline, “Cline Homes unique market niche of combining the flexibility and personal attention of a custom builder with the processes and efficiencies of a volume builder will provide yet another alternative for the Carolina Park customer.” Cline Homes will be offering six to seven home plan offerings starting in the high $400s and ranging in size from 2,500 to 3,900 square feet.
Matt Jones, managing member of Sabal Homes believes that Mount Pleasant based Sabal Homes is a perfect fit for the vision of Riverside at Carolina Park. “We are not limited in providing only a select few home designs for buyers to choose from, but rather we’ll treat every customer in Riverside as an opportunity to create a lasting Lowcountry retreat,” said Jones.
“Mount Pleasant is the central location for Saussy Burbank here in the Charleston marketplace,” according to Joe Kirk, vice-president and general manager. “We’ve recently opened our brand new design studio right on Coleman Boulevard, so Carolina Park is a natural fit for us. We are very excited to become the newest member of the Carolina Park guild of quality builders and anticipate a fantastic future in the vibrant Mount Pleasant community,” said Kirk.
